We were really impressed with how secure everything was during shipping. Each box is fairly heavy, so just be prepared for that when handling them. We ordered the 12” x 24” size, and because the tiles are large, installation went fairly quickly in our bathroom. The finish looks beautiful, and everything feels high quality. So far, there are no cracks or issues, and they are very easy to clean. They also match really well with our shelves and overall bathroom design. For the price, this is an unbeatable deal. This is gorgeous tile. If the company can figure out how to pack it right, it will be well worth the hassle. I got two damaged boxes, sent both back, and got the 3rd one with a few chips but nothing I couldn't live with. Wayfair representative was WONDERFUL. I felt the situation was handled professionally. I'm only giving this 4 stars as I've spent over an hour on the phone (in total) dealing with a situation that could have been avoided had the company packed the tile properly in the first place.
