Easy to assemble- the pickets don’t click in as hard as they make it out, just kind of go in. Haven’t put it in the ground yet, so I’ll come back to update. Update Welp- set aside some time for this project! I strung out and sprayed a line first. To be fair, I have rocky soil, I had to use a hammer and piece of rebar to prime holes, then used some extra brackets to firmly tie it all together. When you’re pounding them in, don’t pound too hard, or they’ll deform. It’s a nice sturdy fence, keeps my cavalier in the yard and looks good, wears well. While less work (I think) than burying wood posts and wrapping and running a big store vinyl fence- it’s still work. Two man project, imo. Check your level on your gate too- or your latch won’t work. Create a functional walkway gate using your existing Zurich fence panels with the Zippity Outdoor Products Zurich Gate Hardware Kit. This hardware-only kit is designed to convert one Zurich fence panel into a smooth-swinging gate when installed correctly between two additional panels for added stability. For proper installation and long-term performance, three Zurich fence panels are required—one panel becomes the gate and must be positioned between two anchored panels. Installing a gate off the end or last panel is not recommended, as it can place unnecessary strain on the ground stake and reduce overall stability.
