I have never encountered this device in ready to assemble furniture. Bravo! My only issue is the placement of the leg in the middle of each sideboard. I kept bashing my foot. I know I should be aware,but I kept doing it over and over. Finally, I replaced the leg with a length of lumber which I stained and placed 8 in inside the sideboard. Problem solved!. David M. FL. These work just as good as our box frame that was 6” thick! (We got a new bed frame that would’ve raised the mattress up too high).
