Your average cheap mattress, definitely much less supportive and not as firm as your typical firm mattress, but as to be expected for the price. Doesn’t fluff up evenly or as nicely as you’d think if you’ve ever bought a quality bagged mattress you know what I mean. Synopsis - Amazing mattress that was well worth the price. We upgraded to the SealyCool mattress as we were looking to go up to a king size mattress and heard good things about SealyCool. I can confidently say, since purchasing it back in November of 2025, we have been sleeping better and more consistently. The mattress is plush and does a great job supporting our bodies throughout the night. It was a great purchase and we are more than pleased with the upgrade and the quality of the mattress. I bought two of these for a pop-up trundle bed for guest use since it claimed to join into a king size bed. That is a different story. These mattress came vacuum-sealed and expanded to almost full size by the time I got the plastic off. The topper is nice material and can be zipped off for easy cleaning. I gave the mattresses about two days to fully expand and was surprised at how firm they are. Most "firm" mattresses are not very firm; however, I weigh just under 200lbs and I sunk in about a half-inch. It is a soft kind of firm, not a hard, cheap couch kind of firm. My wife laid on the top one and she was equally, pleasantly surprised. That says a lot, coming from her, as she has a bad hip and is very particular when it comes to mattresses. I do not believe you will find a better mattress in this price range and I would even venture that these out-match ones that are much more expensive. Very please with this purchase.. Chris. MI.
