Tub was shipped and delivered quickly - way before the estimated delivery date. Tub arrived undamaged and seemed to be an easy install (per the plumber). The only reason I gave a 4 star review is the tub has a logo on the front that I didn't see on the photos. Wayfair delivered the item in great packaging, crated in a wooden box with plenty of wrapping inside. The tub arrrived with no damage, and was installed without issue. Moving this tub is not for the faint of heart—it weighs in at more than 300 pounds, and it took three grown men to move it—so plan on help to set it in its permanent location. All in all we are very satisfied with this soaking tub. Edit - We are 7 months into living in our renovated house and the bathtub is in our master and we use it daily. We opted for an L shaped shower curtain and it has worked well for us. We did have the contractors put foam under the bathtub for extra support even though the manufacturer instructions did not say to mud or anything underneath. It can feel a little flexible so I am glad we did the extra support. It's not terrible to step out of but I did put a chair in the bathroom for my mom when she used our shower so that she had support getting out of the slightly taller tub.
