I ordered this tub as we really wanted the matte grey colour to go with our bathroom decor. However, the colour was not as imaged (see attached pic from Wayfair site of what I thought we were getting), but received a tub that has a very purple look (see unboxed pic). Possibly it is the background colour that makes it look different, or maybe I just don’t know what grey looks like! I also attached a pic of my slipper (which I call grey) next to the tub, just so anyone viewing this tub can see what I mean. The tub itself is very lovely (beautiful glossy white interior and a satin finish exterior, packaged well and no damage whatsoever), but if you were expecting it to be grey, that it is not. We ended up returning the tub, and unfortunately had to pay a return fee of $140 to send it back. Bought a white freestanding tub elsewhere instead, as I don’t think we can go wrong with white. If you like the purple hue, by all means buy it, just don’t expect it to be grey or you will be disappointed like we were. I give this 2 stars as the item is not the colour as described.. Emily. Bathroom remodel and just had to pick this free standing tub for a small space! It has one straight side to push against the wall and the 2 sides taper in to make it easy to clean the sides of the trunk and not behind it! Since it's flat against the wall ! And you don't need that free standing water faucet screwed to the floor collecting dust! With this new flat sided tub, you can mount your bath fixtures in the wall in the middle of the tube instead of one end. You see...by mounting fixture in the middle you can relax up against both ends and and not hit your head on the fixtures. Lol and you can also make it a 2 person tub??!! Oh my!!!
