We have had probably 4 or 5 different bidet toilet between Kohler and Toto and this one definitely comes on top. It's the perfect size and the seat is comfortable. This the second toilet seat I have received. I ordered 1 Guinevere 1.28 GPF Floor mounted BIDET with toilet seat. The actual BIDET has yet to be delivered. I contacted Wayfair several days ago about this problem. I as assured the toilet would be delivered by freight. I again received a delivery (today) of another toilet seat only. Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. Smart Living Technology is a voicemail in Tempe, AZ that doesn't return phone calls. I ran in to multiple problems including a broken wire to the shower valve and left multiple voicemails and never get a call back. You're on your own. The directions were clearly translated from Chinese and make no sense. The shower jets have no system to fasten them to the wall. I think they are supposed to rely on the plumbing to hold them in place? I'd never know because the directions are pointless. I ended up having to silicone them in and strap them from behind. I had to solder the broken wire in the thermostat valve. The lights on the LED are programable ones that let you change color and give you all kinds of colors except a decent white light. I’d give this white and gold smart bidet toilet an average rating overall. The design is modern and looks beautiful in the bathroom, but the setup process was frustrating. The instructions were confusing, disorganized, and oddly included a warning saying not to put it in a bathroom, which made absolutely no sense for a toilet. Installation took much longer than expected because of that. Another downside is how loud the lid is when it automatically opens and closes. It also makes a beeping sound every single time it opens, and there doesn’t seem to be a way to turn the sound off. Hearing the constant beeping during nighttime bathroom trips gets irritating pretty quickly. It’s not terrible, but it definitely has some annoying quirks that keep it from being a great purchase.. I didn’t know what to expect since I’ve never owned a bidet toilet. Turns out I love it and I’m very happy with my Woodbridge smart toilet. Some things take getting used to and some things you need to read the instruction manual to set the settings to your liking. I love the powerful and quiet flushing. I also love the minimalist look of it. Some of the other toilets I saw for sale look like little space ships I like a plain this one is. The bidet component is much more effective than I thought it would be. I would recommend this toilet and I would go so far to say that I may buy a second one for my other bathroom upstairs..
