This shower system is exactly as pictured and really pretty in person. The finish is perfect, not too yellow or brassy, and looks so elevated. The handheld sprayer feels lightweight and plastic, but it still looks great and the rest of the parts seem like nice heavy duty brass with some interior plastic parts. The product shown is NOT the product that was delivered. The advertised photo clearly shows a stain white textured wall with grey grout. I was in the market for the Flexstone Flexstyle panels with grey grout but Flexstone didn't come in a 96" H. I found this and thought, oh how perfect. I as expecting a product that resembled the photo, however the product I received was completely glossy white. The grout lines are there, however they are the same glossly white. The shower walls look great! The only thing I don’t like is the corner strips. I wasn’t home when my installer put them in. He said it was very difficult to put them in and it would have been easier to just put a bead of silicone, but he put them in because they came with the kit. I wish he hadn’t put the corner strips in. They make strips make it look more like they are acrylic walls. It would have looked better without them. Also I can’t fit a corner shelf in because of them. Delivery was also an issue. The walls were over a week late which delayed the project. But overall I am happy with the walls. We did a partial remodel and the tile regrout is next. Tub reglaze was done just before thus install and a truly great idea. Unfortunately, our plumber felt land locked into using a Symmons system to match our existing Symmons valve. We could not make Delta system work without a massive tear out. Universal valve didn’t solve the fit and screws in wrong location. So this Symmons was forced as Plan B. The Delta champagne gold was our intention and had already been installed in vanity without a problem. Not loving this very polished brass color. On the BRIGHT side The shower head is huge with 7 variations for water patterns. This is a 3rd floor main bathroom and I wish it had more pressure. 1.5 gpm and we are on a well. There were no install problems encountered by plumber using our original Symmons valve. And because it is a modestly priced unit, maybe we will swap out to a detachable spray head later on. Just know on the color - this is NOT even close to the Delta champagne gold. That is softer dreamy color and all quality, not at all like Symmons brushed brass.
