The range hood came well packaged and the assembly instructions were easy to follow. As we were missing a few inches to the ceiling with the included chimney component, we ordered the longer version directly from the manufacturer. Including a picture of the range hood after install, and a second picture after painting. Our only issue with the product is that it “whistles” at its lower speeds and due to slightly inconsistent suction, the metal grills were vibrating against the lower horizontal frame. The unit was installed in our new home in January 2026. We like the layout of the inside of the unit, and the fact that there are 3 loading racks. The unit is quiet. The size of this refrigerator is "Huge". I highly recommend using the service to assemble and install. After reading the instructions, I quickly realized that it's not for me. The refrigerator is elegant and we absolutely love it. I would recommend. Oh, for those that like to figure things out without consulting the user's manual, good luck...you will need the manual..
