Arrived two days ago. I paid to have it dropped directly onto my concrete pad. Got electrical hooked up yesterday, filled it up last night, got in it this morning. The good stuff: It looks good, should be very reliable given how simple it is, and was a great price. The not-so-good stuff: They sent me the wrong color, the ozonator was broken upon arrival, the drain connection is tucked back under the tub and has no shutoff valve, the jets control is just one button but still manages to be confusing. But, at the end of the day, I just want some hot water, with jets, and not have it die every six months. So, I'm mostly a happy customer. Update: Just a heads-up, exactly where the cover lift arm attaches, there's a vertical strap in the way (see my photo). The print is great, I love the modern coloring. Its a little darker than the photo suggests but the colors blend wonderful together. It feels very plush and comfortable over our LVP and we dont need a rug pad. I will ding it one star because it took a week for it to flatten out, along with other technical difficulties. It was rolled and delivered print side out, so it because of its 8x10 size it was more difficult to roll out and it took a week to flatten and I still have slightly puffy spots in the rug that need time to flatten.
