I only needed one chair cover but couldn't find one in the correct dimensions, so now I have two :-) The price was reasonable and the cover seems to be waterproof. The straps hold it around the chair legs. I wish that the covering was a little deeper so that the chair legs and bottom of the chair aren't exposed, but it's doing the job so far.. Beth.
