Delivery was fine until I noticed, moments after they left, that one of the men had apparently cut himself and left drops of blood on the floor as well as smeared on my glass door. I purchased this sofa, November 9, 2025. It is the same as it was when I first purchased it. It took my grandson an hour from unboxing to assembling it. It was so easy for him lol Make sure you prepare the slip covers before you take the plastic off the pillows, because they deflate very rapidly. That is a mistake I made, I was so anxious to see what it would look like put together. It is a beautiful couch and it has held up from the tiny hands and feet of my great grandkids.
