Some parts were mislabeled but in the end all of the parts were there. The only downside to the chairs is they are a bit low to the ground and might be hard for some older adults to get out of them. These chairs are great! My husband and I put them together fairly easily. We ordered two sets of these chairs. It probably took us about 3 hours total to put 4 chairs and two tables together. That included unboxing and unwrapping everything. The chairs are super comfortable. They glide and swivel easily. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because the description of the chairs says the cushions are 5 inches thick. Even after letting the cushions expand for 24 hours, they are definitely not 5 inches as you can see in the picture. They are about 3.5 inches thick. I am really pleased with these glider chairs. They are very comfortable for both my tall husband and petite me. Like other reviewers mentioned, they are a bit challenging to assemble, but worth the effort. It was very important to me to not have any furniture leaving rust stains on my porch, like my last set.
