I got the Bluetooth and WiFi one. I love it, I don’t have to worry about keys or trying to remember if the door is locked. Also, through the app, it tells me when the door opens, closes, remains open, and who opened it. Not super hard to set up, but the instructions aren’t that clear either. The lock was the easiest. The handle, a little harder because I needed to add an extra hole to the door (Using a drill). I love this lock. The only confusing part for me was how to connect to my Alexa system since I have a zigbee hub built in. I was first directed to use the Yale app which wouldn't work or detect my lock, there were no QR codes or serial codes on my packaging that would register. I then had to figure out on my own to add the device directly to my Alexa app as a generic lock for it to work. I’ve been through at least 5 different door locks and not one of them has held up like this one has. Installation was easy and quick, mostly because I’ve done this a few times already. The reason for 4 stars is because sometimes my fingerprint doesn’t work. I then have to type in the passcode when I was to lock and unlock the door. I also wish it came with 2 keys instead of one but that’s not a deal breaker. I don’t really use the app, but it’s there if I need it.
