Years ago, we installed a hunter green door with a digital lock in Texas, and it was fantastic. However, we eventually had to replace the digital lock. Unfortunately, the company shifted to high-volume production and now only offers key locks. Aside from that, it's a sturdy door. We also had the option of etched glass, but they decided to stick with standard glass instead, limiting our choices. It's disappointing! Wayfair customer service was like in the "good ol' days". Happy to do business with Wayfair. The product is good quality. But the manufacturer could do its end users a real favor by making very clear that one unmarked screw should NOT be removed. All it would take would be a little sticky note on the piece. Instead the manufacturer chooses to sell you a replacement part ($34).
