I was in search of a free standing tub that had completely straight/square sides versus the many that are sold with curves and angles. I needed this to fit in a corner without leaving spaces between the tub and wall that would either trap water or dust. This was the the one squared tub that I found within my price range, with others being 2-3 times as much for some reason, so I bought it in the only version available at the time (glossy gray). It's here now, I've opened the box to take a look and it is really beautiful and substantial while also being a foot shorter in length than the alcove tub it's replacing (space that I was eager to gain in a small bathroom). I'm really excited to get it installed and will be putting in a fixed glass panel on the non-wall end and a pivoting glass panel door along the exposed side since it will get the most use as a shower. Read the FULL description... this mattress is for a mini or a portable crib, not a standard crib. It really should say that in the product's title in my opinion, but it's my problem, not theirs. Once I re-read the product's description after receiving it, I realized I had made a mistake and it was exactly like described. Keep in mind, mattress is memory foam but very thin, Wayfair sent me a return label without any questions and was thankful for that, but if I needed a mini crib mattress I don't think I would reorder this one..
