While I don’t think this would be a great mattress for daily use, this was a good mattress for the trundle portion of my kid’s bed. It is slim (in a month, it only expanded to about 5.5”), and it’s quite firm as it obviously doesn’t have room for all the support/comfort layers that a regular width mattress can have. But it fits very well in a trundle bed (even with bedding), is more comfortable than I expected it to be, and is more than fine for occasional use. This mattress topper is great! I absolutely love that it has straps on all four corners that hold it on top of the bed mattress so that it does not slide. It has held its shape over the course of the past month and provides the bed with extra comfort. It is a bit more on the firmer side, but does get a little softer with more frequent use.
