My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. The urinal looks great. I haven't had it installed yet but it will be nice to have one in my basement bathroom. There was a bit of misleading in the shipping notices. I had ordered a toilet also but then cancelled it. The delivery notice said the toilet was being delivered! I emailed Wayfair support and they assured me the urinal was shipped and they were right!! I have nothing but praise for all my dealings with Wayfair.ca. Excellent service before and after the sale!! Update: I finally got this installed and it works perfectly.
