Well the original order came in a timely manner and had the wrong center base connectors to assemble it reach out to customer service and they requested they requested corrected parts was told couldnt be shipped so they sent me whole replacement received replacement one box at a time FedEx was awful have assemble the new one and am very disappointed it leaks at all the seems and screws since it doesnt keep items dry its a waste of money.. My 20-year old shower was leaking out the shower head even after replacing the mixer cap (rotating valve). Then I bought this, the pressure balancing unit (PBU) and after replacing both, there are no leaks and it works better than new. Kohler will say that this PBU is not the solution to a leaky shower head, but it was for me. Watch the Kohler installation video and buy both this PBU and the temperature regulator and you will be good as new. The parts change out quickly and easily with simple tools. I also used a plastic scrubbing brush to polish all the brass seating surfaces that this seals against. Good quality and works perfect the first time.. Nodrog. Colorado. Mon Dec 26 2022
