Nice toilet. Love the smooth sides and minimalist look. Like the small footprint and absence of illuminated buttons on the outside of the lid. (They are in the inside ) The handle is subtle and easy to operate. I have a more expensive TOTO washlet in the master bathroom and this model bidet is more angled and doesn’t offer as much adjustment as my other one. This toilet and washlet combo is exactly what I needed. Initially there was an issue with the wrong (S2) washlet being sent to me, but customer service fixed the issue S5 washlet was sent to me. Both the toilet and washlet work great! When planning to install these make sure you have a GFCI outlet installed to plug into and if possible run on its own circuit. The item was perfect. My dealings on the phone with wayfair were 100%. I ordered 3 different refrigerators 3 different times. The first 2 were cancelled days later because they were "out of stock", although they were in stock when I ordered them. Finally, the third one shipped and was scheduled for delivery on Tuesday. Monday evening about 7PM I received a recorded message telling me it would be delivered between 7AM and 11AM. I was told I would get a 30 minute warning text before it arrived. At 7:15AM I got a call from my neighbor that a delivery truck was backing in to my driveway. No warning call or text. I had to scramble to get my neighbor there to organize everything and sign the paperwork. The drivers did a great job getting things done. I have no problem with them. Wayfair, as I said, went above and beyond for me. Whoever was supposed to notify me dropped the ball. And GE, selling me 3 refrigerators while 2 of them were out of stock, failed miserably.. Michael.
