Purchased open box. Received cooler packaged horizontally. Fortunately, it works. No visible serial number on the external packaging. Also not a problem due to Wayfair, but reversing the door is nearly impossible and is still a work in progress. The small plastic filler/caps are extremely hard to remove. The caps breakoff leaving the filler in the threads. I only got 2 of the six out whole. I will need to somehow remove the plastic inserts without damaging the threads for the replacement screws.. Reviewing this a bit prematurely as we have yet to install this beverage fridge. We are doing a Butlers pantry/Mudroom in our home & are only about midway through project. I can say this came pretty fast (on time) & seems to be packaged well (but I have to take it out of box & fully inspect the exterior).
