They guided me through the whole process of pairing the remote and followed through a few days later to see how everything was working. Now it is working 100 perfect!! I am incredibly impressed with the finished product . It took me about 4.5 hours to assemble. A lot of that time consisted of the screws and such needed to piece it together. My intention is to use this on the days that I work from home and I love it.
