I requested cancellation less than a day after purchase due to finding a cheaper price elsewhere, and it was not honored. I even called Customer-Service and spoke with a very nice agent, who assured me that despite the emails from Wayfair that inexplicably suggested I had already received the cushion in question, a shipping label hadn't even been created yet and I would likely get a Cancellation confirmation email the next business day. Wayfair Corporation is literally worth billions of dollars; they absolutely could have cancelled the purchase and refunded a cushion worth less than $80. I'm only 1 charmingly poor person who according to my Dr. needed a spine-friendly cushion to sit on, so I know my ire at this situation and not being a return customer is utterly worthless to Wayfair; still, I will definitely never shop here again and will also tell people why..
