The chair is exactly as described and feels amazing on sore muscles. The delivery was on time and the delivery agents did a great job putting it where I needed. It was easy to put the leg rest on and once I plugged it in started working right away. I think the directions could use some work since I’m still not sure what a lot of the buttons do, and I think it might be talking to me but I’m not sure what it’s saying.
