Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports. We have had this installed now for 6 months and absolutely love this toilet! The sleek design makes for easy cleaning and the two flush facility is great energy saving. Love my new sauna seems to work well goes up to 140°. It takes me about 20 minutes to warm it up.
