This review is on the delivery experience not the machine. The delivery team was polite, but the experience was extremely frustrating and disappointing. It took roughly 1.5 hours to install a washer and pedestal because they were not familiar with how the pedestal installs. Despite clear issues during setup and their reluctance to take guidance, I ultimately had to determine the correct installation steps myself just to get the job finished. After they left, the washer repeatedly threw an error, which took additional time to troubleshoot only to discover that they had failed to turn the water supply valves on. This added to an already unnecessarily long and difficult process. To make matters worse, their driving on the property was reckless. They drove at an unsafe speed on the driveway and nearly caused a head-on collision with a vehicle exiting the property. The Flexible Spa Panel can be installed right over your existing skirting! If you choose to remove the skirting, some additional framework will be necessary to reinforce where the panels overlap. The panels have a built-in overlap design, which makes installation easier. To continue access to the spa's equipment panel, we include flange pieces for an access door. More information is provided in our instructions manual. The panels ship in a single carton in 5 separate rolls, with color-matched screws included. I absolutely LOVE this toilet. I pretty much dont have to touch it. I have an suppressed immune system so hygiene is a top priority. Not having to my bottom anymore and having it cleaned for me is a game changer. The night light is great so I dont have to blind myself with the vanity light.
