The Alfi Brand Granite Composite 34" x 19" Drop-In Kitchen Sink is a great choice for any kitchen remodel. Durable material provide you with a unique and long lasting sink that is sure to make cooking more enjoyable. Modern design and smooth surfaces create a flawless look for years to come. Sink does not include pre-drilled faucet hole because this sink is reversible. There is an option for the plumber to punch out a hole on whichever side is desired by the customer, as seen in the dimension diagram. Alternatively, the faucet can also be installed on counter top behind the sink.

So far so good. We are slowly replacing all of the stainless hardware in our kitchen which can get quite pricey. This sink checked all of our boxes and the price was nice. It looks a million times better than the stainless drainboard sink it replaced and we like the deep bowl. As for how ours is installed, I have an unfair advantage because my husband installs solid surfaces for a living. So he customized this drop-in sink and made it an undermount sink like he did with our previous drop-in drainboard sink. Time will only tell if this sink can withstand constant abuse from daily use and retain its clean white color. FYI, to those struggling with stains, 'Beekeepers Friend' cream cleanser is what my husband recommends to clean and remove stains from solid surfaces and it has always worked for me.. Jeni. Steamspa / SWCorp does not service their products. When something goes wrong you have to open up the unit and troubleshoot yourself or pay a contractor to do it. Mine worked for about six months then stopped producing steam. Warranty covers almost nothing. It doesn't cover "parts", so I'm not sure what it covers. Customer service offered to sell me a new one at a 20% discount or buy new heating elements and drain valve since the tank is not draining. None of this is covered under warranty. As a bonus, they do not need to be sealed or resealed and come at a fraction of the cost compared to other high-end sinks of this nature.

It also has a side set drain that allows for more unobstructed under-cabinet space. A large single-bowl design, slopes, and tapers to the bottom of the basin. The compatible bottom grid is included and the drain can be placed to either side - so you get the most function out of your sink! The grid will help to protect against chipping from any dropped pots or pans with its soft feet and bumpers, while also letting the water run below dishes to the drain. The top edge of the sink is glazed so it can be top-mounted as well as under-mounted. Fireclay is an eco-friendly natural material. The large single basin will help to maximize space and accommodate even the largest kitchen and bakeware with no problem. A note about fireclay sinks: due to the curing process, small surface cracks typically appear on the underside of the sink. These cosmetic flaws are from the molding process and do not affect the performance or visible luster of the sink.

We got this installed by the professional. It's not so easy for DIY. You need 240v electrical box. It comes with two controllers, one for inside the shower and one outside. It works good so far. I only have for a few days. It doesn't produce as much steam as I would hope, but enough to fill the shower. We have a large shower. It takes 3-5 minutes to fill the shower with steam.. Paxton. This is a bottom mount pivot used on Acme, Cox and a wide variety of different bi-fold doors. The steel base houses a 1/4 inch pivot with a hex head nut for adjustment. It fits 1 inch to 1-3/8 inch thick bi-fold doors weighing up to 50 pounds each.
