This is a great alternative if you want the feeling and function of an expensive spa shower but dont want to spend thousands of dollars. Parts are made of plastic but the internal parts are all metal. Some things to note- First you can only use one of the functions at a time- either handheld, rain shower or the 3 jets. That is because it is all just coming from one water source (again thats why this isnt a 1000 shower system) All 3 functions tilt so you have some directional control however the Jets dont slide up and down on the rail. They are stationary and as a short person they hit me in my face and neck if Im not careful. The top 2 jets can be twisted onoff so I close the top one and tilt the other 2 down and that works for me. Also thr handheld docking station can be adjusted up and down the rail so I place it a bit higher and can use the handheld like another showhead. The handheld also has 5 different settings which offers lots of variety. Warning- your shower time will probably double because it is so enjoyable! I like to switch between all three functions.. We did a partial remodel and the tile regrout is next. Tub reglaze was done just before thus install and a truly great idea. Unfortunately, our plumber felt land locked into using a Symmons system to match our existing Symmons valve. We could not make Delta system work without a massive tear out. Universal valve didn’t solve the fit and screws in wrong location. So this Symmons was forced as Plan B. The Delta champagne gold was our intention and had already been installed in vanity without a problem. Not loving this very polished brass color. On the BRIGHT side The shower head is huge with 7 variations for water patterns. This is a 3rd floor main bathroom and I wish it had more pressure. 1.5 gpm and we are on a well. There were no install problems encountered by plumber using our original Symmons valve. And because it is a modestly priced unit, maybe we will swap out to a detachable spray head later on. Just know on the color - this is NOT even close to the Delta champagne gold. That is softer dreamy color and all quality, not at all like Symmons brushed brass. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The device works well as a dehumidifier, it's pulling what I need out of the air, we have not hooked it up to the washer drain just yet to test the auto emptying pump but plan to in the future. The disappointing aspect of this unit is it's supposed to be able to connect to WiFi and have app access for control and updates. I had it connected for the first 5 days but the app was saying my filter was dirty (it's not, the device was not lit up that it was dirty) and there was no way to reset that on the app and the manual reset for it on the device didn't work as the device wasn't showing it as dirty. The app was also not sending me notifications for when the bucket was full, though if I opened the app it would update to show full. This wasn't a big deal, I can check it but just kind of defeats the purpose. After 5 days the WiFi light kept beeping annoyingly and the app says "something is wrong". I have tried all the tips and tricks to reset it and readd to app but I'm having the same issue. I'm pretty tech savvy and I did have it working for 5 days before it just decided to not work. My house is not very large and signal is good in the area I have it, I have not managed to get it work yet but I didn't buy this unit for the WiFi option it was just a plus BUT if you sell something it should work as intended.. In fact, I would say the unit is quieter than I expected. Setup was very simple and straightforward, and the water bucket is easy to remove, empty, and reinstall. Most importantly, it does exactly what it is supposed to do. I noticed a reduction in humidity fairly quickly, and the unit has been running reliably without any issues. The controls are easy to understand, and the overall build quality feels solid. This dehumidifier has been great in our garage! Very easy to work with and set up. The only thing that was a little bit of a pain was trying to get the hose on. Great product so far. And aesthetically, the most minimal and elegant dehumidifier I could find. Took about 24 hours to dehumidify our piano room and get it to the humidity level I set it to (from 55% to 45%). It's not the most quiet appliance, but it is very effective and isn't in our main living space, so it's perfect for us. So far the manual setting works pretty well. I set it to 45% and it automatically turns on and off to keep the humidity level around there. I have a hygrometer near the piano that tracks humidity level and it's staying very steady since getting this dehumidifier. I'm also I glad I got the one with wi-fi connection. You can control everything through the app– turn the dehumidifier on/off; change the modes between Auto, "Dry" (the manual mode), Quiet, Fan, and Continuous; and fan speed.
