Installed this color-changing bathroom fanlight recently and overall I’m really happy with it. Wayfair sent the wrong color since we wanted the matte black one, but support helped. The fan moves air well, the light is bright enough. Color modes are the fun bonus that makes the whole bathroom feel more modern. It’s great to have options… normal white light for getting ready, softer tones for nighttime, and color modes when you want a little vibe. That said, installation was a bit trickier than a standard fan because this unit has multiple functions (light fan color modes). We only had one existing electrical feed at the vent, and while the instructions said additional wiring was “optional,” we wanted to unlock the full potential so we ran an extra line to be able to control everything properly. Love these sconces so far! Perfect design for the spot and such an upgrade to the old ones I had. Easy to install. The fixtures have aluminum wiring and my light boxes have copper, but I do not think it is a problem since they are indoors. The picture does not do the lighting justice! It looks really nice. I am in the process of getting a dimmer switch for them because it would be nice to be able to dim them, due to them being in my living room, in case we want a more cozy vibe.
