After a little shopping around I chose to buy this air conditioner at wayfair because they offered a five year extended warranty. I have had no luck with appliances lately and even though the price was the same for this particular unit everywhere I looked, nobody else offered more than 3 years of warranty. This is a very nice toilet. It is nice and heavy and we look forward to having it installed. Unfortunately due to the holidays, we are unable to schedule a plumber until after the new year begins. This toilet is awesome!!! It is a high functioning toilet providing multiple comforting options like a heated seat, self cleaning bidet, night light, massage, etc. Enjoy tranquility on the toilet by listening to soothing music. Installation time does range from 1 to 4 hours depending on having an electrical outlet near for connectivity. The toilet also offers a manual flush feature should you loose electrical power.
