This shed was super easy to assemble. I am a 5' 3" 67 year old female and it took me an hour and 45 minutes to complete. Approximately 15 minutes of that was sorting and verifying parts. The instructions suggested two people to assemble floor, and that probably would have helped, but I was able to do it myself. My foundation was already in place. We got the 150,000BTU heat pump. A little overkill for our 18x33’ pool but I didn’t want to take any chances as our last heater (different brand) had a hard time keeping up. This is a big, heavy heat pump so be prepared to move it and get it in place. Our friend who installs pools came by to check it out and gave a thumbs up. Now we are waiting for our electrician to run a 220 line. He looked over the heat pump and had favorable things to say. Will update my review once it has electricity.
