When your hardwood flooring meets other floor coverings, such as vinyl, thin ceramic tile, or low-pile carpeting, use the overlap reducer for floors installed with the floating installation method, and the flush reducer on hardwood floors that have been nailed or glued down.

Nice piece, but it's really more of an institutional item and assumes that you are replacing an existing urinal or have framing in place to accommodate an install. Installing this in a dry-walled garage, for instance, will take some doing including cutting away drywall and add 2x4 supports.
