Brisa Retractable Screen for Double Doors is the perfect connection between indoor and outdoor living. Brisa is larger than your opening by design since it is surface mounted to the door frame trim/brick mold which provides an inch or more of adjustment to the height during installation. Brisa works with both inswing or outswing single-hinged double doors, both right or left-hand applications, and opening widths between 68-in to 72-in narrower with some easy modification. Brisa is available for the three most common door heights and, in a variety of frame colors.

Bought this double screen door because we were screening the deck at our lake house. We have extra wide steps up to the deck and needed a door wider than the standard 32 or 36 inch. Listing said for width less than 68" it could be modified, so we decided to go for it. I was surprised, the instructions were complete, clear, and easy to follow. (So often you get the skimpy badly translated ones.) With a little help from a neighbor we got 2 sets, front and back of deck, installed in about 3-4 hours. Hubby is a metal fabricator, not a carpenter, but he said it was pretty easy once he understood their system. I would say it's a 2 person job, unless you're a really good carpenter. We have 1 side set as a stationary sidelight, only opening the other side. We'll put some planters or knick knacks on the steps in front of the stationary side. This version of the Aquia IV includes CEFIONTECT®, a layer of ceramic glaze that minimizes waste from sticking to ceramic surfaces. This feature, coupled with the Dynamax Tornado Flush®, assists to reduce the frequency of toilet cleanings, minimizing the usage of water, harsh chemicals, and time required for cleaning. The enhanced design of the Aquia IV inner bowl reduces water flow resistance and turbulence, resulting in a quieter flush. The Aquia IV bowl offers TOTO T40 Washlet®+ compatibility for when you are ready to upgrade. Compatible with T40 Washlet®+ electronic bidet seat models only. The Washlet®+ toilet features a channel on the bowl surface to help conceal your Washlet®+ supply line and power cord for seamless integration. When paired with its tank, the Aquia IV meets the standards for EPA WaterSense, and California CEC and CALGreen requirements. The Aquia IV comes ready for installation into a 12" rough-in but may be adapted for a 10" or 14" rough-in with the purchase of a separately sold adapter. Additional items needed for installation and use must be purchased separately: compatible tank, wax ring, toilet mounting bolts, water supply lines, and T40 Washlet®+ or seat designed for Washlet®+ models.
