We are SO happy with this tub! The seating arrangement is perfect, with no “lounger” to limit options. Setup was a breeze for our electrician- he was very pleased with the accessibility of the electrical components. The jets are amazing, the cover fits nice and snug, and everything works exactly as we had hoped. The tub arrived in perfect condition, the shippers were pleasant, and it arrived right on schedule. Overall, it’s been an absolutely perfect experience, and my only regret is being unable to give it six stars. Update Almost 2 12 years in, we still love this tub! The "Dove" color is in between tan and gray. I would call it taupe. I have not seen another rug like this. It seems to be made very well and I had no issues with the fringe. Normally I don't like a fringed rug (OCD) but the fringes are sewn onto a kind of wire? so they don't flop around and they don't look like they will fray. If you love jute or sisal look but don't want the smell or the shedding, it's a great alternative. My only knock is that it's very thin, but it's made for outdoors so it would be perfect for a dining room! It's in my guest bath now but I will be moving it to my kitchen. Because it's so flat, it won't be a tripping hazard and I don't think I'll have to worry about stains. I will be purchasing more in other sizes and that says a lot because I'm usually very picky about my rugs. For once I'm happily surprised, not disappointed! The hot tub was easy to set up and get the chemicals correct even though this is our first experience with any hot tub. The jets are a little noisy. For an inflatable hot tub we are very happy with our purchase. Use the App as it helps with regulating, heating and keeping clean.
