It was time to replace my 2012 queen W Bed pillow top mattress (made by Beautyrest). Tried the Black hybrid cushion top (the W replacement) but it was much taller (13" v 14.5") which I did not like for my platform bed frame. Switched to the World Class non-pillow hybrid (13"), though I really liked that cushion top and I normally find foam beds too hot so was uncertain. This has a nice, slim clearance, works great, and heats a room quickly. My only 2 complaints are that the highest brightness setting on the orange/real flame is not very bright. 2nd, there is a warning sticker front and center above the flame that I assume would peel off, but when I started to remove it, it was silver beneath indicating it wasn't meant to be removed. Arrived! Shipping and packaging were great. Love the color. The bed definitely is on the firm side. Ot medium. I have since ordered a topper for it.
