We purchased this for a new home build that had a slide in range in an island. We did not want an exhaust hood that hung down from the ceiling and this one was perfect for a flush mount in the ceiling. It was priced considerably less than other brands that had white glass finishes. There are a couple discoveries we made however. It did not turn on once the power was brought to the new build. We called Awoco and were told to check in the black box under the stainless grill, for a white connection that sometimes is disconnected. That solved the problem and the unit lit up and worked with the remote and the voice commands. Customer service was very helpful and seemed to know exactly what to look for. There is one other thing to be aware of with the voice command, occasionally it picks up what it believes to be a request for action and starts talking, asking for directions. We thought we were hearing voices until we realized it was the exhaust fan talking. This dresser is exactly what I needed; it's just the right size and the design is very clean and fits right in with my turntable setup. The design is very clean and I love how the drawers are flush with the walls and the handles are very discreet. The delivery was very quick, and my package arrived safely after only 3 days from ordering. This was my first time ever buying and assembling a new piece of furniture, and I did it all solo, so putting everything together was definitely a challenge. Although it took much longer than it should have (having 2 people really helps if you’re considering building this on your own), but it was enjoyable. The materials used are somewhat questionable, but it seems to be holding up quite well so far. I didn’t have any alignment issues with the rails, but the cabinet door was a bit of an issue until I remembered the instructions show how to adjust it in the last page. I noticed the drawers weren’t moving smoothly at certain points, so I realized the screws that hold the rails on the dresser walls needed to be fully flush to avoid any sticking issues. After I tightened those screws, everything worked well. Overall, I’m very satisfied with this purchase and I really enjoy walking in the room and seeing this new dresser.. Gabriel. Texas.
