One of the biggest highlights is how easy it is to change configurations — you can rearrange the pieces quickly to fit different needs or room layouts, which makes it feel very flexible and functional. We did notice an issue after a few days of use where the back cushions started to sag when not supported, which was a bit concerning at first. However, we rearranged the setup so the back rests against a wall, and that completely solved the problem for us. Since then, it’s been holding up well and remains comfortable for everyday use.. The Ottoman by 14 Karat Home Inc. Is a very nice well made sturdy ottoman. We couldnt find any manual but it was simple enough to screw in the 8 screws for the feet of the ottoman but there are 2 metal bracket and there are 2 slots in the bottom platform of the ottoman but we cant figure out how it is supposed to be installed. The pillow tops were vacuumed pack and have weight to them very well made and nice material. Our dog loves it! There are velcro on the bottom of the top pillow and the middle section. I was in the market for a new stock pot and came across Hestan. I was not familiar with the brand, but I liked what I read. I bought the ProBond Luxe 6 quart stock pot and am extremely pleased with my purchase. The even heating, sturdy construction, and beautiful finish make me look forward to cooking. Whatever you make in it turns out beautifully and cleaning is effortless. I have spent money on other "premium" brands, but have not been as pleased as I am with Hestan and plan to gradually replace my other cookware with Hestan. It has snap in place connectors already assembled but they can be turned underneath and be hidden if you want to keep your pieces separate and rearrange as you please. Keep in mind the back is extremely low and the pillows provided don’t actually cover the entirety of the couch back. I’m ok with that in my photo I added 2 pillows and will be getting more. Sleek clean lines. Well made. It was delivered into the room of my choosing but keep in mind it comes in boxes that you have to unwrap yourself. But a box cutter will help you do the trick quickly. Love it…expensive, but love it. Cushions are very firm and not very comfortable, but I am happy that they will last. Doesn’t come with accent pillows so you will have to add them, but I can sew so I didn’t mind. Furniture needs assembly. Took my husband a few evenings after dinner to finish, but he said it was easy enough. Instructions were easy to follow, hardware was packaged nicely. And chair parts were protected in shipping. Wood seems solid. One chair was not cut properly and could not be assembled at all, but Wayfair rectified the issue quickly and easily and got us a replacement in time for a party we would be hosting. Haven’t tried the Firepit yet. Comes with lava rocks, which matched our decor so I didn’t replace them. Another challenge is that the box provided to hold your propane tank is not level when the tank is inside and hooked up for that purpose. All in all…. I’m happy with my purchase.. Sn. Temecula , CA.
