This is a great fry pan set. This fry pan set has a much more durable ceramic nonstick that will last longer and is more scratch resistant. Great sizes for making your favorite one skillet meals or fry searing steaks or cooking your favorite style of eggs without them sticking to the pan. Overall this is a nice pan but it should not be labeled as non stick. You definitely need some type of fat to prevent sticking but you can use less. I do like that it can withstand higher heat.
