Really well-wrapped in plastic wrap, Styrofoam and a full cardboard cover. Took me an hour to unwrap! It appears to be up on a Styrofoam pallet. Not sure how I will be able to remove that. Overall, this refrigerator with its large touchscreen and AI camera that keeps track of what you put in and take out of the refrigerator has been a good purchase and we definitely recommend it..
