OMG this shower door is super heavy and amazingly thick and durable . You NEED to hire a contractor to install it - unless you have one in your family. I have attached a photo of my old doors that’s not as thick or durable as this new one. The contractors came out and installed the shower door - see last photo - look how amazing it looks. Ordered the chrome jets and they look great. Unfortunately my plumber would not recommend installing them as he has had issues with leakage after. Maybe a different plumber would install. We have the privilege of having my brother to be able to tackle our remodeling projects even if it will take time due to him living 6 hours from us. I was surprised when I received a call to verify the measurements and that we'd be able to use it. It was also amazing to talk to someone else who is in Texas as that's where i grew up and my family including my brother lives. The freight company who delivered was amazing. We haven't installed this yet but we did inspect the boxes and everything looks wonderful!! The glass is super thick and has a beautiful frosted look. I’ve had enough shower doors installed to tell this one is quality. The glass is thick, all the parts are there and undamaged and the instructions look clear.
