I love them. They are really well stuffed. They seem firm right now but once they’ve been used a bit that will soften. I’m relieved that I won’t have chairs where the seat has bottomed out in a couple years. Each chair easily fits 2 people. Electronic controls are great. Lots of room for legs without hanging over. It worked since I have non-standard shower sizes and making it custom is time consuming and more expensive. Looks nice and good quality! My only concern is the sturdiness of the entire unit cause there is a little wobble on the fixed panels everything the door is closed or opened with a slight force! Bought this several months ago. Although I sent the link with specs and installation instructions to the builder's subcontractor, he installed the grill on wood supports which is combustible. Of course, the builder blamed us for not buying via his subcontractor (which would have been much more expensive). After the subcontractor made a steel box with cement board to address the combustion issue, we discover he didn't allow room to pull the grease pans out. Years ago, we installed a hunter green door with a digital lock in Texas, and it was fantastic. However, we eventually had to replace the digital lock. We also had the option of etched glass, but they decided to stick with standard glass instead, limiting our choices. It's disappointing!
