I’ve been eyeballing this broom for sometime now. Mostly because it was attractive and can be left out for quick cleanup’s. Although the handle is the standard 12 inch size, it’s a little bit smaller than what I am used to - by about 4 inches, so you have to stretch a little further. Another good thing is the broom head has a lower profile making it easier to fit under your cupboards. I really like it. I put it together myself and was so happy. I put a stool on one side and a chair on the other so it could hold up the door when I screwed it on while having the rest of it resting on the floor. The directions wants you to stand up the unit first but it worked for me that way. The screws that hold up the door is very small but it seems to work fine. Also the door wouldn't close until I placed the Metal the opposite way so it would reach the magnet inside. Now it closes fine. It holds my swifter, vacuum and dustpan and some items on top like a toolbox bag, garbage bags and I still have more room. I'm going to get the buffet table to match. It took me 5 hours to put it together myself but I took my sweet time. I wanted it to be set up right. It holds more than I thought it would. My vacuum has its own house now lol and not sitting around the house. I've been looking a long time for a broom and vacuum closet. My broom is too tall but, I think I will attach a holder on the side for it. I love the barn style! It's my first one. Thank you Wayfair. The delivery service is not really good.
