Nice hot tub. Takes a while to heat up and loses heat pretty quickly when you open the lid, but my kids love it. Unfortunately, we had to winterize it for the winter because my energy bill DOUBLED after we set it up. We live in Michigan so it uses a lot of energy during the colder climates. So if you're hot tub shopping just know that these plug and play ones seem really nice and cost effective, but they actually cost way more to run than a hard wired hot tub would. We are tired of using ice trays to freeze ice this ice maker gets the job done. The size and ease of use is perfect, not taking up a lot of space. We are a household of two so we don't use a significant amount of ice. We are also conscious of our electricity bill and because this ice maker produces ice so quickly we can turn it on without waiting a long time for ice and simply turn it off when it's not needed.
