Bought AX-25 to reseal my pool deck and lanai. This stamped concrete deck has to be resealed every 2-3 years. Used tint from another company (very good stuff). However, I decide to give Foundation Armor a try for sealing. I am very pleased and find this to give a better appearance than the sealant I used before from the tint provider. You will need a 2nd coat. It dries clear, but after 1st coat dried it lost a lot of it's gloss. GREAT customer service said I needed a 2nd coat and the gloss will return.That's what I am about to do.. Bruce. Tue Jul 04 2023
