This is a nice faucet and has the look we were going for in this bathroom. I removed a star because my clients complained that there was a loud squeak when turning one of the levers. It was easily fixed but required taking it apart to lubricate and it's strange to have to do that with a new item. Otherwise, it's a nicely made product that feels good to use and I would recommend.. They gave you the best materials in order to put it together each cord that you have for your hot and your cold water are quality pipes and also just the material of the faucet itself was really good. The nuts on the end of the pipes fit very well and if they don’t fit, they have inserted brass nuts to adjust to those pipes if your pipes are bigger and it is just an overall very very well manufactured piece of equipment.. This faucet is lovely in person and heavy duty. The reason for 4 vs 5 stars is the finish isn't quite as rich in person as it is online. I returned another brand for the same reason. I'm keeping this one but not quite what is portrayed. Online shades are difficult in general. However, as someone who purchases lots of faucets for clients, I am seeing more often the color is being enhanced for the online photo making it difficult to match finishes.
