The ovens seem to work well and so far temperatures seem accurate. My biggest issue is the racks - the slide-out racks are GREAT, but they do take up extra room. I wish there was a flat rack available. Also, you get 3 racks for 2 ovens - 2 slide-outs and 1 floor rack. That means that you really can't load up both ovens at the same time. I am planning on purchasing a second floor rack for the upper oven. I have used the proofing setting (works fine) and bake, of course, but none of the other options yet. Oven surface is easy to wipe clean. One feature I would love in the app is an indication of the current temp of the oven. It shows on the oven itself, but not on the app (when preheating).. Jkl_co. Our contractor is finally getting around to installing the tiles. I seem to remember that there were special instructions for cutting the tile on the Webpage where we ordered the tile. These arrived quickly, and looked like they were packaged quite well. However, the reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is there is a small divot in one of the canvases.
