This is the most terrible experience I have had with wayfair. When the toilet arrived, we opened the top of the boxes to check it is not Broken. My plumber finally came to install it and it and found out that 4 inner components are missing. Plumber said this looked like a returned item that Wayfair sent to me. Super quick shipping and packaged well. These are a lot smaller than I expected and couldn’t get them to fit into my light fixture that I intended them to, but I will find one that it will eventually fit on.
