Now that it's installed, I'm VERY happy with the overall look and quality of the gazebo. It's attractive, sturdy and a nice addition to my back yard. I do feel obligated to give a mild warning to prospective buyers: - When the instructions say 2+ people are required at certain stages they mean it. DON'T do what I did (assembled the posts and beams upside down and flipped it over). Ripped bolt anchors, bent metal, lots of cursing. All fixable but not a good time. - The instructions only include pictures and there were more than a couple times I interpreted them incorrectly . I ended up having to remove and re-install parts after having that "ah-hah" moment . Not the end of the world but it adds time. - Nuts and bolts are made of soft metal. You WILL have lots of stripped bolts if you use a power drill ( a must if you want to speed things up) and are not super careful. Good news is Sojag provides lots of extra parts. But... - Having so many extra parts means you'll constantly second guess whether your missing something; especially since there are holes that don't need anything. I love the look of this gazebo. The assembly instructions were clear and easy to follow. My husband was able to assemble it by himself. We checked and rechecked the finished product with the instructions to make sure it was properly assembled. The only things I was not happy about is one of the chair backs is not stretched tight and droops a little and for some reason one chair was too close to the upright pole in the corner and was rubbing against it when you glide backwards in the seat. My husband was able to adjust it just enough to barely miss the pole and we're hoping it doesn't misalign after sitting in it through the summer. This is a larger undertaking than building a dresser but with the right tools anyone can do it. I personally had to poor a concreete slab for the hottub. for the Gazebo itself it took me the weekend to install it with my brothers help. def a 2 man job and I wouldnt expect to instlal it by yourself.
