Now I don't think robot vacuums will always be 100% perfect but this is pretty good, I think it's quiet, I can use my phone to navigate, pick a room and it'll go there ,mop or vacuum. When max is on hardwood mopping and senses rug, his mop pads lift up and go onto carpet, it senses stairs and has mapped my entire upstairs, it reads the room pretty good and gets all that dust and hairs that blow around every day using his swing out spinning arm grabbing anything in its path, he doesn't like to eat cords, so you might want to move them out of way or he'll get tangled. You can use app to x out that spot were cords are, the mop solution smells so good, battery lasts a while, when he needs to refill he heads back into his machine, refill and empties on his own, i love using him every day. I bought this not even a month ago and I’m obsessed! I have 1 dog, 1 cat, and a dog that im watching for a couple of months and I have not been comfortable to walk barefoot on my floors because they stay icky due to puppy paws and shedding. I love how this vacuum/mop cleaned my floors in the first use! I was AMAZED! It gets under the snake enclosures and as close to corners as it can. It never gets stuck or readjusts its mission when the cat is trying to swipe at it. The app is super handy and easy to navigate. The suction for the vacuum is perfect with its 3 levels. I used my phone and had it running in just a few minutes so I would say if you can use apps on your phone then you can easily set this up. I’ve owned several robot vacuums, and this one standouts for sure. It surprisingly cleans all the way to the corners which I love the most.
