This dehumidifier keeps my 700 sq foot apartment humidity levels below 50% -- if not on, the humidity climbs to the high 70s! It's not very loud--just a little white noise in the background that doesn't interfere with TV, music, conversations, etc. I do have to empty the tank every day (sometimes 2x), but it's easy to take out and dump in my sink so not a problem. My previous dehumidifier was the smaller version and ran continuously for almost a year, but then stopped working. I was refunded the amount I paid for that one, and in turn bought this one. Worked for 5 minutes then stopped working. Red lights come on when I press the buttons, and the fan and light still work with manual controls but the remote does nothing. And it’s pretty flimsy so maybe not surprising. Would like a refund!. Anonymous. QC. Wed Nov 11 2020

Well after I got my second one I got it to work after guidance from delta. The problem being, Alexa needed to forget the first module. They said she was confused because Ii had two in her system. After we deleted the 1st one, she worked. I stayed in the 5 ghz. In my router. She doesn’t understand cups for filling the coffee pot and her ounces are way off. So I changed the command for a 14 cup coffee pot to 60 ounces. It gets close enough without running over. For the measuring cups I think she’ll do just fine.. Jackie. New Leipzig, ND.
